• Nursery September 2019 Application Window Opens

  The nursery application window for children who have the 3rd birthday before 31 August 2016 are eligible  for a place. All applications are to made online via the WCBC website.  Please contact school for further information.

• Junior Christmas Concerts

  The children in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 & Year 6 will be performing their Christmas concert Tinsel and Tea Towels on the following dates:

• Foundation Phase Christmas Concerts

• PTFA Christmas Fayre

  Our annual Christmas Fayre will start at 3pm. Come along and join us for a fun filled, festive time!

• Pupil Photos

  Tempest photographers will be in all day to take individual and family photographs. 

• School Opens

  School will open on Tuesday 4 September for the start of the new academic year.

• Inset Day - School Closed

  School will be closed on Monday 3rd September to the pupils as it is a staff training day. 

• Sports Day

  Tue 10 Jul 2018
  Sports Day will be on Tuesday 10th July (option 1) or Thursday 12th July (option 2) (weather permitting).  Infants sports in the morning and Juniors in the afternoon.  Please see Newsletters for more information.

• Tempest Photographer

  Tempest Photographer will be in school from 8.30 am in the school hall to take family photographs of siblings not in Alexandra School.  All other family and individual photographs will be taken during the school day.

  Instructions for download:

  1. Using your device (iPad, iPhone, smart pad, tablet or android phone), visit the relevant marketplace for your product (Apple Store or Google Play).

  2. Search for ‘OurSchoolsApp’ and download the app.

  3. Once downloaded, us the search bar within the app and enter the postcode or the name of the school.

  4. Hit the search button.

  5. Once you see the school name displayed, just touch the screen on the school name.

  6. Confirm your choice by pressing ‘OK’.

  7. You will now be presented with the correct app for your chosen school which contains news, information, calendar events, contacts and any other relevant details
